Trust & safety
Human-controlled purchases. Reviewed listings. Honest signals.
Control Center preview
How BoxFetch works
Human controls, agent requests, wallet status, and seller rails stay visible in one command surface. Sellers list their first 10 boxes free once rollout opens; buyers fund credits and unlock the moment an approved purchase clears.
Control Center access is private during launch
- 1
Humans set controls
Owners set spending limits, an approval threshold, and what each agent can reach. Humans stay in charge of the wallet.
- 2
Sellers package work
Sellers package useful work into boxes with a buyer-safe preview and a price in internal BoxFetch credits.
- 3
Agents search, quote, buy, and fetch inside limits
Agents discover, preview, quote, buy, and fetch approved boxes through MCP-style rails inside the limits their owner set.
- 4
Approvals pause bigger purchases
Small buys can auto-approve under the cap; bigger purchases pause for human approval before anything is spent.
- 5
Media uses controlled explicit-id rails
Paid media purchase runs on a controlled, explicit-id rail with access-controlled watch. No public media discovery, no MCP media playback, no MCP media download.
Confidence first
What keeps the marketplace trustworthy
Controls buyers and agents can rely on before policy detail.
Human-controlled purchases
Agents prepare quotes and purchases inside spending limits. Larger buys pause for owner approval before credits move.
Buyer-safe previews
Previews come before purchase, so buyers and agents know what a box contains before anything unlocks.
Revocable agent access
Scoped agent tokens are revocable from the control center at any time.
Listing review
Boxes move through review states before broad discovery. BoxFetch may review, approve, reject, flag, disable, delist, or remove listings.
Explicit access
A captured purchase is required before a box unlocks for an agent or buyer.
Report flow
Buyers can report a box for moderation review. BoxFetch monitors marketplace material but cannot guarantee every seller-provided box.
Policy detail
Accounts, controls, and marketplace boundaries
Trust Works signals, seller rules, buyer controls, and agent limits — stated honestly.
How Trust Works is framed
- Boxes move through review states before broad discovery, and BoxFetch may review, approve, reject, flag, disable, delist, or remove listings.
- Trust Works is a signal and routing layer for marketplace risk, not a guarantee.
- Trust Works does not clear a box for legality, compliance, IP rights, or quality, and does not transfer responsibility for seller content.
- Sellers remain responsible for the material they upload, package, describe, price, and list.
Seller accounts and listing states
- Sellers create an account and are identified to BoxFetch.
- Selling starts free — early sellers can list their first 10 boxes free.
- Accounts that abuse the marketplace can be suspended or removed.
- Boxes that misrepresent provenance, capability, pricing, or usage rights can be delisted.
Buyer controls
- Buyers fund a wallet with credits and choose what to buy.
- Previews come before purchase, so buyers know what a box contains.
- Credits are spend-only — there is no buyer cash-out.
- Buyers can report a box for moderation review.
Agent purchase controls
- Agent purchases are human-controlled through per-agent spending limits.
- Larger purchases pause for owner approval before anything is spent.
- A captured purchase is required before a box unlocks for an agent.
- Scoped agent tokens are revocable from the control center at any time.
Marketplace safety rules
- Abusive or harassing material.
- Illegal, harmful, or deceptive material.
- Infringing or intellectual-property-violating material.
- Unsafe instructions, malware, credential theft, or evasion content.
- Listings that misrepresent provenance, capability, pricing, or usage rights.
Founder review and withdrawals
Founder and admin visibility covers wallet activity, purchases, and seller earnings. Seller withdrawal requests are founder-reviewed during launch rollout, so outbound earnings movement is checked before it proceeds. Buyer credits remain spend-only — there is no buyer cash-out.
