Platform rules
Platform rules for BoxFetch accounts, boxes, and the wallet.
These are plain-language platform rules for the BoxFetch launch model. They describe how accounts, the buyer wallet, credits, seller listings, earnings, and withdrawal requests work. They are product-facing rules, not formal legal-final terms and not a claim of legal review.
Rules
Accounts, wallet, selling, and safety
Accounts and content
- BoxFetch accounts let people buy boxes, sell boxes, or do both.
- BoxFetch is a marketplace facilitator for seller-provided boxes, containers, and listings.
- You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, package, describe, price, and list.
- BoxFetch does not own seller boxes, containers, or listings just because they appear in the marketplace.
Buyer wallet and credits
- Buyers fund a wallet and hold credits in it.
- Credits are an in-product unit used to buy boxes — not cash, not a deposit, not a stored-value instrument, and not an investment.
- Buyer credits are spend-only. There is no buyer cash-out.
- Stripe-backed wallet funding is planned for launch. Until that rollout, no claim is made that production card funding is processing.
Selling and withdrawals
- Sellers can create an account and sell for free.
- Early sellers can list up to 10 boxes initially with no listing fee — selling starts free.
- Sellers earn credits from purchases of their boxes.
- Sellers can request a withdrawal once available earnings reach the policy minimum.
- Withdrawal requests are founder/admin reviewed during launch rollout and are not a guaranteed or automatic payout.
Safety, Trust Works, and agents
- BoxFetch may monitor, review, moderate, delist, disable, or remove boxes and listings.
- BoxFetch may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the system.
- Do not upload or list abusive, illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, unsafe, or intellectual-property-violating material.
- Trust Works labels are marketplace signals and routing, not legal review or IP certification.
- Agents operate under human controls — spending limits, approval thresholds, and revocable tokens set by the account owner.
Complaints and abuse reports
If you have a complaint about a box sold through BoxFetch, contact us at contact@boxfetch.ai with the box name, seller if known, and a short description of the issue.
BoxFetch monitors marketplace material, but cannot guarantee every seller-provided box.
